Until now, most of their work and processes were manually handled and there was no dedicated software for a seamless mentoring process. Through our partnership, we brought the vision of having a software to provide a seamless user experience live by conducting in depth research of the market, target user base and existing competitors followed by brand strategy, UI/UX design, design system and content creation.

We guided the product journey from initial research and design to comprehensive testing. Additionally, we provided the team with the necessary narrative, language, and tools to effectively educate and train users on the implementation of the Scaleit Method.
From conducting in-depth user research to create wireframes and prototypes, to refining the UI design for consistency and usability, we ensured every aspect of the software resonated with the users.
Following the initial establishment and activation of the optimal MVP roadmap through research, we identified and prioritized key features before proceeding to design product screens in alignment with development objectives.
We developed user personas, mapped out user journeys, and performed usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure the final product aligned with user expectations.
By iteratively refining designs based on research insights and feedback, we ensured the software effectively met the needs of all stakeholders, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
