Our Role:
Ring of Hires
Ring of Hires revolutionizes the job search and hiring process with its map-based interface, providing a visually engaging platform for healthcare practices and job seekers to connect.
Problem
The absence of a specialized platform for healthcare job seekers and employers created challenges such as scattered job listings, difficulty in finding relevant positions, and inefficient communication between employers and candidates. This resulted in a need for a centralized solution that could simplify the hiring process and provide a seamless experience for both parties involved in healthcare recruitment.

The project required a distinct voice, an identity, and a unified brand image. At InnovationSync, we collaborated closely with the client to grasp their requirements and develop a robust branding framework for Ring of Hires.
The project's success relied on establishing a clear and consistent brand presence that resonated with its target audience. Through close collaboration with the client, InnovationSync delved into understanding the unique essence of Ring of Hires and crafted a comprehensive branding strategy. This involved defining key brand attributes, such as tone of voice, visual elements, and messaging guidelines, to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand identity across all touchpoints. With a strong foundation in place, Ring of Hires was poised to make a lasting impression and stand out in the competitive healthcare industry.
We ideated and developed visual elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery that reflects the brand's identity and values to ensure that these elements are consistently applied across the whole design.
